How do you
uninstall Betfilter? My roommate’s sister has been trying to uninstall
Betfilter with windows control panel and it doesn’t work. It says could not
open INSTALL.log file. So, there comes a question. Have you also been receiving
this message when uninstalling Betfilter? It is usually caused by multiple
installs and uninstalls due to troubleshooting and other random fiddling.
To remove
Betfilter, users usually go to Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
First open
Betfilter, click File, and then click Exit. This will make sure that Betfilter
is completely shut down before proceeding.
Go to: ‘Start >
Control Panel’ and double click on ‘Add or Remove Programs’.
You may have to
switch your view to Classic View to see Add or Remove Programs icon.
In Add or Remove
Programs, scroll down the list to locate the current version of Betfilter
installed on your computer.
Once you have
located it, click it once to highlight it. You should now see the option to
remove the software.
You will be
prompted and asked if you are sure that you want to remove Betfilter.
Select Yes.
The uninstaller
will begin to run. Various windows may pop up during the uninstall process.
Do not cancel the
uninstall process.
This may take
anywhere from 3‐10 minutes depending on your system.
Once the uninstall
process has completed, restart your system.
Now that that’s
done, it should successfully uninstall at this time. If you go to the
www.betfilter.com homepage, and install the latest version of betfilter by
downloading betfilter, this will overwrite the one that you presently have
installed. After that, you may need to proceed to uninstalling betfilter from
the Startup list as previously attempted. Nevertheless, it doesn’t have to be
so complicated to rip you off such a simple program. A Perfect Uninstaller can
easily handle this the easy way, especially for a corrupted betfilter program.
